How do you hit homers with these? I like them, but I have a few issues. The first, I already mentioned...homers. It seems like I can't hit homers no matter what sliders I use in this game. I feel like I'm just as good as anyone else that plays this game, but for whatever reason I can't hit homers, and don't get a good amount of hits, and when I do, they are always singles, and I can never get the last hit to get them in. For example, I'll get two straight hits to start an inning, and then I'll get three straight outs.

i use 45/50/100 and ptich sucess at 55.

pokerlife, with your 55/0/100 human batting settings have you hit a HR without the left stick? And did you keep batting pitch and IE influence at 50?

yes left all that stuff the same as my first slider post. Also have pitcher success at 50

Well this is interesting...im using 55/0/100 as my batting settings with swing stick and thru 3 innings im winning 14-3. haha my team crushed russ ortiz on the astros. I have 16 hits and 2 HRs. 3-run with Edwin and 2-run with Votto (no left stick). Hopefully it will start to slow down lol

It was at 55. I ended up with like 15 runs on 23 hits. But i also noticed i had my pitch zone tendency around 70. I think this has something to do with it, as i got a lot of pitches down the middle.

But my next 2 games i lowered my batting success to 30 and pitcher success to 45. Oswalt ended up one hitting me then the next game i got one run on 8 eights. All singles in the second game, so not much power. Im still tweaking and messing around. I think i might try the ones your playing with again but lower pitch zone tendency A LOT.

i have pitch zone at 20 and strike zone tend at 10

What is "pitch zone" anyway?

Well, I'm having some mixed feelings. I'm getting homeruns pretty easily now. My team is really essentially in all-star team in my second year with the Red Sox. Here's my lineup:

Ellsbury (87)
Pedrioa (95)
Ortiz (88)
Bay (91)
Youkilis (91)
J.D. Drew (84)
Zimmerman (88 maybe?)
Stephen Drew (89)
Saltalamacchia (81)

So my lineup's pretty stacked and I score a lot of runs, I just don't know if it's because of the lineup or the sliders. Either way, I think I might trade some guys away for some young talent because it's a little too easy.
