I think it might be a graphic glitch, though I'm not positive. Last night in a game I played, Guzman came in and gave up a hit with two runners that weren't his. In the box score, it said he gave up 0 ER and 0 runs, but his ERA from that appearance was 2.95. When I went to the season stats and looked at what he was at, his ERA was correct at 0.00. It was the very first game of my spring training, but the stats were correct for him and my other pitchers when looking in the season stats vs. box score.

OK, I have made some tweaks as per the suggestions given today. I have tested these suggestions & like the results. I have also posted my Camera Settings & Catcher Settings. Pitcher Fatigue has also been bumped to 65

Any updates on the throw meter working at 0? Are you seeing any increased errors with it or is it just broke at this point?

It makes the game so realistic.
You know, you are right. I forgot to factor that in.

One thing this year's game is missing is the third step that a lot of people had so many problems with. You had to hold the last step until the meter contracted to a certain point.

And like you, I vastly prefer the TC pitching. I just wish there was a little more variability built into the system.

Yeah I'm not sure why they took out the third step. It doesn't really make much sense as to why they would.

Yeah even if you touch one slider the game automatically turns off the cards and achievments. Pretty crappy as I love to try and get all of the achievments. Theres no way to work around it though so we are pretty much stuck with it.

Pretty good slider set here. Thought the offense was a little on the long side.

                    Box Score:
                    Dodgers 8 runs 14 hits w/ 3 HRs
                    Reds 3 runs 12 hits w/ 2 HRs

liked that there were some gappers hit for doubles. AI handled pitching well bringing in a reliever in the 5th for the Reds. Billingsley went 8 2/3 with 85 pitches and 8 Ks. My timing on hitting was pretty good with a nice variation between early and late swings. Seems like when the AI throws out of the zone it's pretty easy to tell it's a ball, but I guess I was pretty aggressive at the plate on the close ones.

I just don't like how 2k disables achievements and card collecting for "custom" slider games. Although it was pretty cool, I unlocked an Avatar award.

Alright played about 3 games last night with the adjustments I made from the feedback given. (1st page updated with changes in GREEN). No blowouts, All competitive games. Still not seeing any errors. The AI Manager logic around pulling pitchers due to fatigue still isn't there.

I also noticed we might need to bump-up the AI Strike Zone Tendencies. The seems to be throwing more balls than strikes. I'm a hacker so I SO a lot. But for someone who's patient they may walk more than they like to.

Any thoughts on the last part?

Not sure Joe. I've had mine set at 40 for many games and have walked as many as seven times in a game. Just when I think I need to bump it up I'll walk just two times in a game and I'm pretty patient at the plate.

I use classic hitting and have my contact set at 45 and power at 60. Contact is there but I've hit 2 home runs in ten games. Thinking I may need to go to 65. Not seeing any power from the CPU AI. They've hit 1 home run in the 10 games and I have their power at 65. Seems like others here are seeing the AI home runs though.

Good to hear on the CPU Strike Zone Tendencies. As for the CPU hitting HR's I'm also not seeing it. That's also with Power @ 65. Where do you have CPU Contact @

I have been testing myself, and Pitcher fatigue needs to be at a 100, don't worry if your pitching good you will remain not to tired. Also the throwing meter slider needs to be about 75 or 80, that gets rid of rocket arms, Joe not sure if your aware but you have that set to 0, that's backwards, having it at zero makes the rockets arms in full effect.

Your theory on Pitcher Fatigue being 100 is interesting. How's the AI with it 100? Is this also causing the User Pitcher to miss his spots once they start getting tired?

As for the Throw Meter. FF, IMO the METER is broken. What I've seen is with @ 0 combines with Fielder Speed @ 25, the animations look more life like. Not to mention it takes a little longer for the meter to hit the sweet spot causing a little urgency when throwing to a base. It also has seem to tone down the rocket arms somewhat as well

Joe, do me favor, Play with Pitcher fatigue at 100 and pitcher composure for both Human and Ai at 0, you will see a big difference in the AI changing pitcher when there suppose to. As for human pitching at these settings, they are not bad.
