played my first game with the updated sliders. was alot of fun won 4-0 over cards with cubs. jeff baker actually had a triple and a home run. i took every first pitch and actually got a nice pitch count from their pitcher. ill keep you updated following future games.

Cool, look forward to progress. I am at trade deadline, trying to see if i will move Uggla or not, i also lost hudson for 6-8 weeks with broken ankle, was a game i was playing, line drive in 2 nd inning, he went down. Sucks but cool to see realistic injury.

after 4 games I am 1-3. got a win in game 2 of nats series 4-3 with dempster. i really need to find ways besides home runs to score. i still do think my team is playing pretty well for who I have. i just lost a game 4-3 to the brewers. having fun, wish id win more though lol. ill keep posting as the season progresses.

I freaking hate the Phillies, just had 3 gam series at home at trade deadline, got swept: scores were: 3-1, 5-4, and 3-0.

Anyone know anything about pitcher composure slider, I am thinking of adjusting both human and cpu to 50. See how it works out. Numerous occassions, cpu will have unstopable inning, hitting everything, scoring 5+ innings. Even though my pitcher had been pitching outstanding to that point. Any thoughts on this? I am not sure which way on slider effects pitcher composure. So might go 50 or 45 to see if this is toned down a bit. I understand if someone is not pitching good at all and getting ripped. But going from outstanding to horrible is happening way too much in played games. This is after playing a large amount of games in franchise.

I have lowered cpu pitcher composure to 25 and baserunning speed to 45. 55 is just to fast for my liking. after the month of april i will post a summary.

one thing i forgot is i lowered outfield and infield runners speed to 0 for cpu. robbing me of way too many plays that i dont make.

things are going pretty well up through mid april. last game i lost 11-3 though giving up 20 hits lol. only thing im seeing is i am striking out alot. they get 10 plus ks per game. then again I use power swing all the time. i guess its pick your poison between strikeout or ground out. i have been working the count and geting walks too though. although i tend to get struck out looking at times.
