    Blzer's Pro sliders: One-button swinging Ver 2.0

My sliders already got lost on the third page, so I want to make sure that people see them here.

Okay, I feel very confident with these sliders here. Some of you may not, a lot of things have changed. IMO it's really just how you play the game. You guys may not, but IMO I know what to look for when I want stats (I realized that somebody here complained about Fielder Speed at 30. Guess what? It's on 28 now ).

After testing these sliders without changing them for three games, I feel very confident in them.

Remember, if you don't like them (or if they are close to your needs, but adjustments are needed), change them around. Nobody is stopping you. These are for your benefit, not mine.

    First, things to note:

    - Do not... and I repeat... DO NOT advance on wild pitches.
    - Usually take until you get a strike. A good approach to get your walks, and to even possibly get a pitch you like. You may strike out more, but I doubt you guys strikeout enough anyway.
    - Not meant for regular use (or any use at all) of the Power swing.
    - You want balls pitched? Paint corners, use effort. Your ace won't throw as many for many reasons. If your confidence is low, be prepared for a fright-fest!
    - Ensures gap hits for both teams. Fielders are slower, so if you get aggravated, remember that this game isn't giving many doubles out of the box.
    - Try your best not to make too many mistake pitches. Trust me, you WILL pay. Here's a tip: If you miss, miss away.
    - Make sure you work your counts!

Wow, pitch speed 100? That should be fun to try, hehe. I'm gonna test these as soon as Real Time is over.

You can try lowering the pitch speed. Just remember though... if you do, everything may fall into place better to suit you more, and your offense may do a lot better. Just warning you, I'm not sure what these sliders play like on Pitch Speed of something like 40.

By the way, if you're new to the game, do not start with these sliders. They are meant for those that have played the game for a little while and got the feel of it. If that means playing 4 games and getting used to it, so be it. But, out of the box, you probably aren't going to get what you want.

Forgive me for sounding dumb, but would it be different if I adjusted them from All-Star difficulty?
I defected from MVP to 2K5 because as always, it is near impossible for me to score more than 2 runs in MVP (and that's on Pro level). So far I tried your sliders on All Star and have had variable results. One game was a 10-3 Pirates victory agains the Padres, and right afterwards I lost 3-0.
My only concern (aside from the wild pitches) is too many home runs compared to singles/doubles leading to RBIs. I'm hoping I can find a way to fix this.

Going to give these a try later after I play a few more games and get a better feel for the game. Will post thoughts and concerns then.

I have a question about p.v. being n/a. Does that mean that I should turn it down to 0? Thanks.
