Hey Man i like your sliders, but I think i really suck at this game, imtrying to get a couple of exhibition games goingonto practice beforeigointomy Franchise mode butman.....its not looking good, cpu hits homeruns alot, i just got done with a Game against the Rockies, I was the nationals, it started off as a battle until Loiazagave up so many hits (7) and 2 runs before i pulled him. the final score was 3 to my 0 they gave up 4 hits to there 11 they dominated me, and the bad thing is i get walked and find myself in scoring position, and when i get good contact on the fastball ( i think) they always pop up all the time its fustrating, I not whining, itjust that its been like that for everygame i played, I love this game but I suck badly I dont expect to be perfect i dont expect to win all the time, but i would like to see me hit at least one double instead of all these singles, but i guess iineed more practice, see ya guys.

I just had, what I consider, my best game yet. I was the Padres and I played the Dodgers. Peavy pitched for me and Odalis Perez for LA. Perez left after 5.2 IP (93 pitches) giving up 8 hits, 3 runs, 3 walks and striking out 7. Peavy threw 7 innings (87 pitches), yielding 5 hits, 2 runs, 3 walks and 7 strikeouts. I won the game 6-4. I ended up with 14 hits and the computer had 9.

Great job with the sliders, Pared!

Does anyone have any effective sliders for Relief pitchers getting tired on a daily basis after being used? I've gone almost a month into my season and it doesnt matter if i use my relievers 1 day or 5 days in a row they never seem to be tired and always back at 100 percent the next game.

Pared: I just played a game using your sliders. I was the Twins and I played the Red Sox at the Metrodome. It was a good game and your sliders seem to work pretty good. I may increase the User Power a bit though, I thought I crushed 2 balls with power hitters (Morneau and Hunter) that seemed to end up being a little wimpy. However, I did hit a rocket to the opposite field with Rivas (a low power guy) that just caught the top of the baggy in right for a double. As you can see I had little plate discipline in this game, however I must say that Schilling had some very questionable ball and strike calls go his way.

Thanks for your hard work and here are the pitching stats.

                      Santana (IP) 8.0 (H) 6 (R) 0 (ER) 0 (BB) 0 (K) 8 (HR) 0 (# Pitches) 79
                      Rincon (IP) 1.0 (H) 0 (R) 0 (ER) 0 (BB) 0 (K) 0 (HR) 0 (# Pitches) 13

                      Schilling (IP) 8.1 (H) 3 (R) 0 (ER) 0 (BB) 0 (K) 14 (HR) 0 (# Pitches) 90

                      AL: Twins
                      NL: Astros
                      NHL: Wild

Things I've noticed while using these sliders, someone please correct me if they have seen different.

                          1. The computer will not swing at balls thrown outside of the strike zone.

                          2. The computer will 95% of the time make good contact with a ball thrown anywhere in the strike zone.

I would love to actually have the computer swing and miss a couple times a game, or maybe even swing at a ball every so often.
