DING DING DING he have a winner. NOW you're thinking like a Tribster. The Cubs get nervous when they start dipping below .500 in early July. They like to keep the illusion of 'the chase' out there so people stay interested. They don't mind tanking later in the year. If they keep on losing badly they will make more changes...not expensive one's mind you.

They like to keep the illusion of 'the chase' out there so people stay interested. They don't mind tanking later in the year. I hear you, nothing changes. Once I get NCAA 2006 the cubs will be a bad memory(maybe one will fall out of the sky . The homers are sitting in the blechers getting drunk, and getting laughed at by the Wrigley babes still clinging to hope that Nefi can hit 250 this year.

Yesterday on the pregame show one of Dusty's bums Sonny Jackson, the guy who is suppost to work with Mendosason said its hard to work on things because the games at Wrigley start to early. Unreal. These jerkoffs cant even get up at a reasonsable hour to work on their game. One of the most outrageous things I have ever heard in professional sports. Nice guys you bring in Dusty. They have to sleep til noon like the bums they are.
