        Good. He absolutely deserved it.

Pujols is one of the few players I enjoy watching and truly respect.

Glad to see him finally get one, Pujols carried us this year and was pretty much the only consistent while the rest of the team battled injuries and inconsistenty at various points in the year.

I am truly shocked. They got both MVP awards right.

Good for Albert, it's something he's deserved since his rookie year.

Personally I would've given it to Andruw Jones but this is an award that's been long in coming for Pujols. He should be a multi time MVP by now but he's always been jobbed out by Barry Bonds.

Great for Al. I'm sure it won't be the last of his career.

Jones had a GREAT season, but unfortunately you're gonna have a hard time winning the MVP when you hit .263.

                            Re: NL MVP IS

I believe Pujols has deserved it every year he has been in it but truly believe Andruw should have won this year. They really need to come out with a true definition of what is an MVP. Is it most valuable player to his team or is it the best player in each league. If it's the latter than def Pujols but if the first part is the major criteria in determining a MVP than Andruw deserved it more this year. I'm not saying that Pujols isn't valuable to his team, that would be foolish to say and itr untrue, but without Andruw the Braves would have missed the post-season and might've finished under .500.

I wanted Druw to win... but Pujols deserved it IMO.
