            Right, because you personally know how much some guy who plays baseball on TV cares about his family. Just repeat what you typed out loud and see how absurd you sound.

                Was Clemens traded to Toronto or was he a FA? If he was a FA, he raises a valid point. Toronto could not be more unlike Texas if it tried...and its 1000 + miles a way. Again, its a valid point and you take the "doesnt care about his family" comment too literally. Its a relatove question that speaks to his priorities in picking a team. Also bear in mind that Ive heard of him hemming and hawing about retiring at least twice. Do you think that had nothing to do with trying to drive up the price?
