Re: Icon Batting vs. No-icon Batting

I prefer non-cursor. Last year with ASB was the first time I played a game with the batting cursor. I liked the game, but I think baseball games are better without the cursor.

ASB is icon, but you can turn it off if you like.

Problem is you never strikeout though.

Perhaps, but I was tired of striking out 15 times a game with the stupid cursor.

The Icon in more realistic of pro batting. A batter isn't just time a pitch when he goes up to the plate. He has to read the ball and pick up it's spin and react to the location of the ball. A hitter HAS to see the ball come out of the pitchers hand and follow it with his eye and make contact. Has anyone heard of a "guess hitter" these are players who are not good and picking up the ball and they have to guess where they think the ball will be. Icon's are the most realistic way of hitting in a video game.

use the batter -pitcher like high heat in ASB....and that would be the game to get ...hands down, you have strikeouts but not 15 each time you play..... without having a cursor...
                    VIOLATION!!!!!!!!
