      Wow...did not notice I had reached 1000. Thanks! As for differences they are there but nothing overly major but still better on the BOX. If I was into the roster updates then the sharkport would be a factor but for me after I start a franchise the updates are pointless to me.

        Wow...did not notice I had reached 1000. Thanks! As for differences they are there but nothing overly major but still better on the BOX. If I was into the roster updates then the sharkport would be a factor but for me after I start a franchise the updates are pointless to me.

          you should always wait for the xbox version, on the sole reason on the memory space, which eat up ps2's memory card. maybe use EB's return policy.

              It's all about will power. Some games I can hold off a week some games i can't.

              MS seems to be getting their games out later than for PS2. I know NHL 2k3 happened this way but for the life of me I can't remember why.

                It's all about will power. Some games I can hold off a week some games i can't.

                MS seems to be getting their games out later than for PS2. I know NHL 2k3 happened this way but for the life of me I can't remember why.

                  Maybe I'm just getting old, but the days of "I must have this on launch day" are behind me now.

                  And I think the point of the original question was whether a week's difference would be the sole reason you would choose one platform over the other. I agree that there's not that big of a difference between multi-platform games, but the sound and hard drive of the XBox make it my default choice for sports games.
