It'll be weird seeing Skip Carey, Pete Van Weiren, Don Sutton and co. being impartial rather then rooting for the home team.

If Skip in his attempt to be national is anything like he was when he did the NFL i'll cry tears of frustration.

That's sad to see. The Braves are like a second team to me, just like many people, because they were always on TBS and I watched the games. It will suck for awhile, but I guess if we get to see other games as well, it shouldn't be that bad.

Skip and Pete will rarely be on TBS, something like 10 games apiece this year. Not sure about '08, but I doubt they'll work other games as they still call Braves games on the radio.

Sutton joined the Nationals broadcast team. The primary duo on TBS will be Chip Caray and Joe Simpson.

If I was commish I 'd make it illegal for these corporations to buy a team.

All the succesful teams in baseball are run by a sole owner (even if he has backers) he is still the One guy

All the teams owned by corporations? Bottom of the barrel

Nuts, I liked Sutton. I think he was the only one that tried to be somewhat impartial when analyzing the game.
