Is no one else PISSED-NO BASEBALL ONLINE this year
I am shocked at this and outraged. To me the crux of enjoying a good game of baseball is to play humans ONLINE. Been playing high heat for last 2 yrs online (in leagues) and trade negotiations/tight games/stats have been the MOST fun ive ever had in a vg. NOW even hh for the pc is NOT online. and NO ps2 games online.

Well there is still hope for Inside Pitch from Microsoft unless something came out today to say otherwise. -

I'm a little disappointed as well. All of Sega's games this year incorporated the XBOX LIVE facet into their products, so its a little confusing why they aren't doing the same for WSB 2k3. You would think that one company would spend the time and incorporate this feature, considering that nobody else is doing it, they would have a stranglehold on the console baseball market and would probably win the sales race , and introduce their product to a new market and this would lead to increased sales for years to come. Just my opinion though, but I really don't understand why nobody seems to care about this.
Sorry for the incoherient postComment

Especially HH2004 for the PC. online ease and stat/roster ability is the ONE advant to pc gaming...SHAME ..real shame

Yeah, that was a little mysterious to me. Whenever a company removes options that were functinal in previous versions, I get a little confused. From what I understand , HH2004 PC is going to be pretty much a direct port of PS2 (graphics reasons) , with the franchise mode added.Comment

Just like Sega put a stranglehold on the console football market with NFL2K3? Madden for Xbox outsold it without online support.
Sadly, marketing is what drives the bulk of sales, not the features or quality of the product.Comment

Re: Is no one else PISSED-NO BASEBALL ONLINE this year
Let me get out my violin. We wouldn't be having this problem if more people would've supported the freakin Dreamcast. If you owned a Dreamcast and bought WSB2K2 or any Segasports game for that matter. You should be mad. If you didn't get a dreamcast and play online you have no right to be mad at anybody but yourself and maybe your friends who didn't get one either.
When will the crying stop??Comment

I wouldn't say HH's online funtion was "functional". MANY people had problems with it. I wish it were in there but it isn't so I'll get over it. Thats just me though. There is a slight chance at a patch to give HH this feature...at least thats what Mike Saperstein (lead developer) said in an interviiew.Comment
