    I guess the Mets staff got his mechanics to be more consistent as that was his problem in Pittsburgh (and I don't doubt the Pirates staff at that time had a negative effect on him).
    Rick Peterson is ridiculous

    Aside from that Philly disaster (which has been an aberration... so far) Ollie has a 2.74 ERA and a 1.06 WHIP. In those starts, he's got a 34/3 K/BB ratio.

    I'm cautiously optimistic.

      After so many failures with Dennis Tankersley, major arm problems to about half our pitching prospects when they were called up, who'd want to listen to Greg Booker?

      I know he worked well with Darren Balsley here in San Diego, but Greg Booker was more of a buddy with Bochy than a pitching coach.
