Hmmm...that smaller Tejada pic from MVP looks really damn good...a lot better than the Jeter pic. IMO both MVP and WSB have the best graphics, albeit in different ways. NYJets37, you may be right about MVP's players looking a little "Maddenish," but I like how each player has a different body size, whereas in WSB it seems like everybody is a clone of one another, at least with respect to build and thickness.

Fist of all, Snappa your right I should have posted the same size pics of all the baseball games. There is also nothing wrong to be biased towards a game. We have opinions and you and me have the right to express them freely. As long as they follow the TOS of this forum.

I didn't have the time to find the same size pics as comparison say, so thank you to Brent for doing so. Second. I'm a big supporter of ASB as some of you know. ASB 2003 was a great game and I'm hoping for better things in ASB 2004.

Third. I'll be getting all the baseball games just to let you know. I love sports gaming and will continue to support this site no matter what. Even if it's taking my free time to do so. Like Brent said we have people here running the site who work for a living and have families, and are kind enough to take their own free time to run the site. No need for people to come in here and be judgmental on how we run the site.

To be fair of all the games and to compare which looks better, you need a screenshot of the same ballpark. Some balparks look better than others. That is the best way to compare. Take Comerica park or Pac Bell and have a pic from each of the games with the same player at the plate ( Barry Bonds maybe ) and then also have a pic of the real ballpark ,that is the only true way to compare. Another note, all the pics should have the same time of day. ( Night or day game ). Lets see if we can get somebody to do that for us. I certainly would appreciate it. And to all the guys who run this site , keep up the great work. I look forward to a vist to your site every day. Take care, Sixmillion.

I think HH looks the best.... Just kidding. Although it is my most anticipated game It is on the bottom of the list as far as looks. It is much improved and supposedly the game that Mike S. debuted at Pac Bell back in Dec. was only about a 50%-60% build. Sound engine, some animations and specific player sizes were not in yet.

With that being said I'd have to say WSB looks the best. Sega's player models look almost too good but I still think the game looks sweet. Sega's stadiums are also awesome. ASB does have future stadiums though. Phils new stadium? MVP is a nice breathe of fresh air too.

I still feel MVP looks the most lifelike of the bunch.

But, I guess I can see why others would feel the WSB and ASB look better. It's really all on taste. I won't flip if someone tells me that WSB looks better than MVP. I honestly would think the person is inaccurate, but who am I to judge somoene's personal taste.

The point of the matter is that you buy the game that you are most comfortable with. I just hope that come April/May, when everybody has bought their game (with the exception of those waiting out on Inside Pitch) that we are fair in accepting that everyone has their own taste.

A quick look at the Basketball forums in December was scary. People were hating on Inside Drive like if it were a straight port out of the NES. That wasn't fair to those that enjoy ID and feel it is the better game.

We have our own taste. Hopefully we accept that later this spring.

But once again I still feel MVP looks the most lifelike. I just feel the players appear to be more detailed and I really like the player models.

WSB, just seems too cartoonish for me. I really hate the player models. To me, the arms don't seem to fit the body. It's like the animators had trouble making the arms and the body as one unit so instead it was just added on. I don't know, but that's what it looks like to me.

Ofcourse, MVP does have the big head problem. And I will agree that at times the players seem to look like midgets.

Just my own opinion though.

Yankee i really don't see the big heads in MVP. I mean past Triple Plays heads were huge, but this year they don't look that off. Maybe it is just me. Man i can't wait until MVP comes out
