    Still only "reportedly" failed the test...once he actually fails it, we'll see what kind of suspension he gets.

    And then, finally, people can give him more crap than everyone else. He had gotten a free pass from the public, it seems, because he apologized and well...hopefully this changes that.

      A first failed test does not net you a suspension, just make you subject to more testing. Fail a second time and then a suspension will get handed down.

        If he failed the test, he failed it awhile ago, it just got leaked out now.

        But Gammons is saying that a lot of sources are questioning whether this is even true.

            If anything Giambi was getting a free pass because of his original "admission." Everything was fine,until he opened his mouth and started talking about how MLB owes everybody an apology. He should have kept his yap shut.
