Question about camera angles in All Star Baseball
I haven't bought a baseball game since I had the n64 system. I was wondering if All Star Baseball 2003 or 2004 has the T.V. angle where you can play from yet? I don't like the angle from behind the plate. It would be nice to know if they have finally added the T.V. angle for players like me. Thank you.Tags: None -

I think it does, and i've said this a lot, correct me if i'm wrong. It depends on what angle you want.

Re: Question about camera angles in All Star Baseball
do you mean behind-the-pitcher? If so, the developers of ASB have already confirmed that they do not like the camera angle and thus far won't be implementing it in the game (check the interview on OS). Trust me I'm confused as to how their decision outweighs a consumers decision.
The only game that I know of that has a behind-the-pitcher view for this year is World Series Baseball.
High Heat has always had the view."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace
"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob NeyerComment

Re: Question about camera angles in All Star Baseball
Does High Heat have the T.V. angle or behind the pitcher view too this year? I haven't bought World Series Baseball since its debut for the dreamcast, which was a complete bomb IMO. Has World Series Baseball improve since it's debut on the Dreamcast? I have noticed that High Heat has been getting high ratings by various sites. That's another reason why I am curious to know if they have the T.V. angle in their game? Thank you.Comment

Re: Question about camera angles in All Star Baseball
Can someone tell me if World Series Baseball or High Heat has the T.V. angle? I know World Series Baseball from the Dreamcast had the T.V. angle but you couldn't play from it. It was only use for CPU vs. CPU. Has World Series Baseball fixed this where we can play from the T.V. angle as well? Thank You!Comment
