Chris Snelling BY FAR....He is a austrailian player around 20 years old. Got called up to the big leagues last year before he ripped his knee up in a game. He is so down to earth and funny. He called the hotel manager because he thought he had the wrong room because of all the bloody rooms and Tv's. This guy is like an old time player, very rare to find these days. Also David Eckstein, McLemore, Octavio Dotel...

Just because someone makes an all star team it automatically makes them a "star"? I seriously doubt anyone would consider Junior Spivey to be a star, yet he was there last year. Unheralded players have a big year all the time and end up in the midsummer classic. It doesn't make them a superstar.
By the way, Chavez has not been to an all star game, and neither has Daryle Ward or Mark McLemore (not 100 % sure on McLemore).Comment

Re: Who is your favorite non-star player?
Mark Teixiera and what position is he going to play?? I don't think he will beat Hank Blalock out for 3rd base. Teixiera should be traded get something they need maybe a pitching staffComment

Rangers might test Blalock at 2B, so that Teixeira can play 3B. Believe me, Teixeira can hit. He's a switch hitter from GT. Amazing power as well.Comment
