    Re: Prince Fielder..............

He's getting a lot of talk this week in Detroit with the Brewers coming to town. A couple nice articles from his days taking BP at Tiger Stadium with his Dad. Legend has it that he was putting them in the Right Field Porch at 12-13 years old.

He'll get a nice pop from the crowd in Detroit in this series coming up.

    I'll throw up some links:

Yep, your right, he has three more HR's at Miller Park vs away parks.

anyone know if he'll be in the HR Derby, if he is that's his time to shine and get his national spotlight. This kid's a monster and he's only 22 i think. We'll be eharing about him in the future for awhile.

I hope not. Home Run Derby's have a tendency to ruin players' home run swings (i.e. Bobby Abreu, did David Wright take part of it last season?)

As hard as it is for me to believe, the HR Derby has not only ruined the second half of Wright's 2006 season, but it's affected his 2007 season, too.

He should get more attention. The sight of his titties slapping him in the face when he runs the bases is breathtaking.

But it didn't affect Ryan Howard... weird.

Prince hit an inside the park HR today against the Twins. It was kind of funny watching him run around the bases.

Other than running the bases, that's probably the easiest homerun he's ever hit. Lew Ford, the Twins CF, wasn't even close to finding the ball in the air and it was a routine fly ball.

He was MOVING around those bases. It's like when you go to the dog track and they have that bone on a stick and the dogs chase after it, only he was running faster than the dogs do.

That HR was ridiculous, but I've followed Prince since he got called up. I don't know why but he's one of my favorite players and I think he'll be one of the great ones when it's all said and done.

GOOD LORD! Did anyone see Prince stretch a single into a double. Bellyflop into Second and take out the SS/2B (i can't remember). I mean sweet lord. That looked awful.
