best infield arm: Alomar and Tony Fernandez.
Man when Fernandez was young he had a cannon for an arm at short. He still had pretty good range near the end of his career but was better suited for 3rd base.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

How can you say a 2nd baseman has the strongest arm when they never have a chance to showcase it? Even a DP isn't enough to showcase the actual physical strength of an arm.Comment
