In order to get into the mood for upcoming games, I thought we could talka bout our best baseball game moments in any version. Mine would have to be when I pitched a perfect game with Freddy Garcia. Once it got into the 8th innning, I was so nervous, I would sit there and think about every pitch for like 10 seconds lol.

I had a 21 strikeout game with Roger Clemens. My 21st strikeout came on the final pitch of the game. I would also sit a while and think about what pitch I would throw.

This would have been my greatest moment. With the Brewers last spring, I was throwing a perfect game with Ben Sheets. In like the fifth inning, rickey henderson came up and hit a pop fly. I can't remember why, but for some reason, my catcher wouldn't come out and make the play, so he ended up getting a hit. The next hitter ended up hitting into a double play then i got the next out. I ended up facing the minimum, but i did give up the one hit. The worst part was that we were playing a season on my floor in my dorm, and the first no hitter got a case of beer from the other guys. So ofcourse i didnt get one.Comment

22 strikeout perfect game with Kerry Wood. Other than that game, my strikeout high is 17 & I had never carried a no-hitter into the 9th.Comment

That's nothing. I had a 1-0 win off of a 9th inning Sosa home run to beat Isringhausen. The best part was Wood beat the Cardinals with a 24 strikeout perfect game.Comment

Playing my very first console baseball game. High Heat 2002 on PS1. Griffey got a Grand-Slam in the bottom of the 9th at home to win it 10-9.

This was on High Heat , playing my friend over the net. Hes a hardcore Indians fan, me a Hardcore Reds fan. It was a pitching duel with a 2-1 score in bottom of 9th. Adam Dunn hits one out with 2 out to send teh game into extra. In the 10th with a tired Danny Graves I walk the leadoff man, get an out or two then Thome drives one off the wall to put the Tribe up by 1. In the bottom of the 10th I quickly get 2 outs. Manage to get a slap hit over the infield with Casey. Jr. Griffey is now at the plate with fullcount......I know hes going to throw a strike because there is no way he wants the tieing run a 2nd and bam, Jr sends one into the upper deck........ game overComment

It was on ASB 2003... score was tied 0-0 for the LONGEST TIME (26th inning). I was the Brewers, playing vs. Florida in my Brewers franchise. Finally, somebody comes up and got something going for me... Jose Hernandez. He hits a double, then I have a pinch hitter (Ronnie Belliard) bunt him over. 1 out, runner on third. It's all up to Tyler Houston. He hit's a shallow pop fly to center, and I'm thinking "I've played 26 innings of scoreless baseball, so I'm going for it". I tag, he catches it, and I run! The ball ends up getting there before me... but I RAM HIM DOWN AND KNOCK THE BALL OUT!!! I end up winning in a 26 inning game 1-0!!!
I was playing on All Star mode, and I'm not very good at that.Comment
