For those of you in Chicago with Comcast, it's apparantly being added by Wednesday night. I don't know how reliable this is becuase the poster says it probably going to be on chanel 186....which is HBOHD.

I'm guessing they don't replace HBO. Just a hunch.

Edit: I just spoke with a nice young lady with Comcast. She looked it up and said its on channel 29. I said "Yeah, that's TBS. I'm asking about TBSHD". I got a "hmmmmm. It doesn't say anything". And then a big long pause until I said "Okay! Thanks!".

At least she told me to have a good evening.

Sure did, and I replied before the edit.

The Pads offense would be better at Coors but they still wouldn't be an offensive power, imo.

Edit: Although, now that I look, the Padres scored more runs on the road than the Padres did. And Colorado is first in runs scored at home and San Diego is last. So you're actually probably right.

BTW, how is that possible!?!?!?

you know what I love about these situations? That the players actually show emotion with big hits and stuff. Reminds me why I loved the game in the first place.

That's the best thing to see in baseball. I don't care who wins the WS every year, I always enjoy seeing the emotion during the playoffs.

1) Peavy's 26, been in the year for 6 years now. I don't consider him young anymore. If anything else, he's pressing a bit too hard and it doesn't look like the slider is working for him.

2) Asking for way too much out of the Padres offense. They can't expect Hairston or Giles to do it again.

And it's hard to relax when you're split between wanting the Padres to win to get into the playoffs, or have them lose so the front office actually has to do something to make them at least competitive against a surging Rockies and D-Backs team.
