Re: OK all you wanna be testers and game developers.

I think FatP ( who is developer) probably hit it on the head. They made a late change to the code, and it slipped through the last bit of testing. I've seen it happen before and it is somewhat common, but at least when it happened where I worked it was a pc problem and a rev/ or patch was easy to release.

IMO....I'm not paid to test...I'm not paid to make this game, I'm not paid to fix this game....now I can guarantee you that I will do my job correctly, what I'm paid to do, I will do it, and I won't give you a half *** job either. But that argument is way over used...I'm not the one getting paid to do make video games and test them and fix them and program them, and obviously the video game industry is at a all time high...this should be done. So what if one of the casual gamers found the bug, then what??? We're not the ones paid to do this stuff. My job title is not to sit on my butt, and test video games 8 hours a day. I'm lucky if I get to play a couple of hours a day, and then I sure as hell don't want to test it, I want to play it and enjoy it!
Now then, other than the bug and the awful menu and headaching offseason, HH'04 is a pretty good game with nice gameplay....I'm putting the "bug" to rest.

You guys are bringing back some great memories. Summer games was a classic. Those joysticks took some serious abuse. Believe it or not I actually WROTE a game on the C-64 using BASIC. It was a hack and slash combat game. Then Jumpman came out, followed by more and more games, and I never wrote anything again. If it weren't for all those games, I'd be a great computer programmer today. They stunted my growth.

Man, if he rips a game he likes this bad, I hope he doesn't buy one he really hates. 3do could have been like "F you guys, what bug, we didn't know about any bug." But they stepped up and admitted the problem, how to avoid it, we apologize. If you send them your copy, I am sure they will fix it man. You know how they will fix it? They will send you the Xbox version
Deal with it man, it is your problem now, isn't going to fix the game.
