Yeah, I didn't like Grant Fuhr either.

Plenty of unions are corrupt and too powerful. But there'd be some scary workplace environments if they were completely done away with.

Glad to see some of the golden boys have accusations thrown out about them without sufficient concrete truth. Bonds doesn't seem much like the villian after all.

this whole mitchell report is bogus

How do we know he hasn't taken performance enhancers, though?

We don't. We want to believe he hasn't, but he don't know for sure and we probably never will.

wow many people were thinking that Clemens was a steroid user, he's a big name in the report. Maybe Even Albert Pujols?? wow

Why would MLB spend all that time and money while opening themselves up to litigation from players for slander for a bogus report?

Grant Fuhr never was a leader of the NHLPA. But damn, the guy was a great goalie for the Oil.

What is a goalie? And he played for the Houston Oilers. Also, this is some interesting stuff going down.

So if they make a movie of this who should play Bonds and Clemens?

Justice is on the YES Network denying taking HGH. He says he's never met Radomski in his life.

I dont understand something. If they were REALLY innocent, why wouldnt they just sue for defamation of character? If I got falsely accused of something like this and got lumped in with a bunch of cheaters, I would sue the hell out of everyone until my name was cleared.

Sosa didn't cheat. Just a coincidence he lost a lot of weight and stopped hitting Hr's when they started cracking down on roids. The corked bat incident was an honest mistake too. really.

I think defamation of character can be extremely difficult to prove and win. Basically they'd be spending a lot of money for attorneys for very little benefit.

My question is didn't Mitchell say they had the drug tests but weren't allowed to release them because of an agreement with the Commissioner's office before the investigation started? If they do indeed have the tests, it's possible they feel comfortable putting names in this report without much other evidence to go by.

EDIT - Love the avatar btw.

that doesnt mean anything no one has any proof there just thinkin he did, also the mlb checked all his home run record bats and there was no cork so that seems like an honest mistake
