Yes, and the camera view changes for this sole purpose. It's like a camera view from left and right center. It shows the foul line and the ball slowly hooking or slicing. It's hard to describe, but it certainly is there.

Badger fan, are you from WI or MN.

I agree with you on this game, even though it is not perfect, it is a very very good game.

I am the Twins also, I got beat 8-1 and 1-0 in 12 innings.

I'm from MN. Grew up in Hibbing and Bloomington. Went to high school in St. Paul. Spent five incredible years in Madison, WI. Twins/Vikings/TWolves/Wild/Badgers are my squads.

Cool, my wife grew up in Buhl. Her parents live up on the Sturgeon lake chain. I am actually down in Rochester. Went to college at UM-Duluth. Big Wild, T-Wolves, Twins fan. Like the Vikings and Gophers but don't follow quite so closely. Can't say I am a huge Badger fan, but I will give you a break. Glad to hear you like this game. I think it will probably be the best out this year, but who knows.

Find me another game that will give you a 16 pitch at bat.

You probably won't find another game that will, not this year anyway. HH's gameplay engine still produces things that you see in baseball but just don't see in other baseball arcade games. That is why it rocks. I'm not too happy with playing the outfield this year though... pretty lame. Also the career/franchise mode has some pretty crazy stuff. Womack goes on the FA list during the first week... career or franchise mode.

I was pretty much thinking the same thing last night when Sosa hit a two run bomb to tie the game, working the count and getting your pitch makes hitting a home run so much more rewarding than simply lining up the cursor properly.

Nice use of the word Epitome, might be a first on this board.
