I have seen a few nice things......I had Al Leiter ( Lefty pitcher ) pick off a leaning cpu baserunner out of a stretch. I was in the stretch and hit the B button real quick instead of completing his kicking motion toward home he stopped it toward first and caught the cpu leaning. The first basemen applied a swipe tag...it looked sweet. The next inning I tried it again but I hit the B button too late into my stretch windup and was called for a BALK. This was cool.

My catcher and 3d Basemen caught a runner in a 'pickle' on the basepaths, my catcher threw it wild past the 3rd basemen and the ball went all the way into left field letting in 2 runs...sweet.

I saw a few throw homes from the outfield that pulled the catchers wide, had one leap up in the air and one went totally by him toward the backstop.

I saw my first basemen leap to stop a short hop ball roped down the line , he got his glove on it but was only able to knock it down and it deflected toward the dugout.

I had my RF racing in on a looping hit and tried to make a sliding catch , he came up short and it carombed off his knee toward CF.

I seen a cutoff throw go offline and totally by the 2nd basemen out on the edge of the grass....then ball went toward the 3rd base dugout.

The check swing appeals are a nice touch and the various swip tags are cool.

I also like Hot and Cold zones you can see on all the batters as well as the new improved pitch history which shows you the location and type of pitch you have thrown to that batter in his previous trips to the plate.

They go into the dugouts and they rattle around off of the walls depending on the architecture. It's pretty damn cool to have everything collision detected.

The little things add quite a bit to the game. Seeing pitchers wearing their jackets when they are running the bases. My pitcher dove for a ball, caught it and threw the ball to 2nd base for the dp. Then they did a replay. It looked great. Unlike last year...every play (good or not) were constantly being replayed. Broken bat hits and homeruns also look good.

i like the lil commentary when mo vaugh caught the ball with 2 hands and steve lyons said u don't see that to often a player using 2 hands to catch the ball. I didn't even notice vaughn did until i checked the replay.
