    Plus it depends on the type of delivery. An overhand pitcher with a great curveball would throw a 12/6, while a 3/4 type pitcher with the same curveball ability would be a 2/8 (or 10/4 if lefty).

        and the guy's with the low ratings do they give up lots of hangers or do they just flatten out?

            There is DEFINITELY a difference between different pitchers curve balls. Zito's curve is pretty big and sweeping, but Pedros curse was hard and tight, but fast. I'm really impressed that i am seeing this sort of curve ball variety.

              There is DEFINITELY a difference between different pitchers curve balls. Zito's curve is pretty big and sweeping, but Pedros curse was hard and tight, but fast. I'm really impressed that i am seeing this sort of curve ball variety.
