Allstar Just a bit better then HH2004 but its close

i currently have both games for xbox and i think ASB beats HH by a bit. ASB just feels a bit more realistic, HH is a little slow for me, the franchise modes arnt even close ASB kills HH there, HH does do some things well though, I do like the smoothness of the controls ain batting and fielding it just feels right. the piitching i like better in ASB. Still disipointed in HH's Graphics for the xbox very poor job the pplayers and stadiums lokk awfull. So if your wondering which game to by i suggest ASB if your into realistic simulation type games, if you like faster paced more arcade like games go with HH04 both games are very good i reccomend both.!

High Heat, an arcade type game?! And ASB a sim type game? I never heard those games discussed that way. I think the stadiums look very good in HH to be honest with you and I know I am enjoying HH a lot more than ASB.

Goes to show you what I know as I was dead set on ASB and WSB being my 2 this year, got HH because of impulse, and have never looked back.

High Heat, an arcade type game?! And ASB a sim type game? I never heard those games discussed that way. I think the stadiums look very good in HH to be honest with you and I know I am enjoying HH a lot more than ASB.

im not bashing HH04 i have it and enjoy it, its just that playing ASB i get the feeling of realism a bit more. cant really explain it. 1 thing i left out does anyone have a slow down prob. on HHfor XBox when the batter walks up or between Innings.
The other thing i have to say is that Both HHand ASB have Horrible menues systems the worst ive seen in a sports game since NBA live 97 for PS1. any way i Enojoy playing my expansion on ASB and My twins Season in HH.

Now that I am playing the HH series for the first time I really can't see how anyone can say curser batting like in ASB is realistic in any way.

That's the first time I've ever heard ASB being called a simulation (more realistic) and HH more arcade-like.

Personally I think ASB has the most unrealistic cursor batting system and HH has one of the best. But thay can all change after the big two releases next week.

i was really talking about the franchise mode being more realistic the ASB has real minor leagues and trading is more realistic such as the 10-5 rule. as far as gameplay HH is better. i guess it doesnt matter i have to trade in ASB because its not widescreen compatible, HH is. so i am know a HH fan. Great Game. i am also going to purchase WSB, but man stay away from MVP i am hearing bad things about it.
Meesege to EA Sports stick to waht you do well, like Madden and NCAA College Football, all your other sports games suck!.
