LOL who wrote this review. Was this a little kid, b/c it sounds like it. I don't understand how you can talk about mo vaughn through a whole review in the first place, and then have the nerve of playing him center and telling us about it. WHIPPPPPPPPPPPPIE. F- on this review, didn't tell anything about the game except you can have people play out of position.

Are these the same guys who said WSB 2K3 didn't have a franchise mode?

This doesn't affect me as I plan to put big Mo at SS anyway.

just to let you guys know one thing... I'm a Yankee fan living in NYC. But no matter what I do, once all the Yankee news is done here, they have a brief little sketch about the slobs from Flushing(the name of a neighborhood in Queens where the Mets reside, its called this cause it smells like the toilet for all of NYC)... But to take Mo Vaughn's side in this matter, the formaer fat *** lost more than 40 pounds, and increased his muscle and flexability during this past off-season... Looked like the old Mo who used to give my Yanks a hard time in Boston. So he is not as big as you guys are making him out to be, at least not anymore. But I'm not buying this game simply because of one reason..... WSB !!! this game looks like the real winner for this year, but MVP is on the right path now, so give them the credit for attempting a good baseball game, but until they put the same amount of effort into a baseball game as they do Madden, I will be sending my money else where.

who was this "reviewer"? and how did he get the game??
                    85% like Steve.

Actually reviews shouldn't really matter, rent the game and decide for yourself.

So if that is true does it mean the producer for the game is lying in this quote?
"Absolutely. This year we have taken the depth of our player ratings and attributes to a whole new level of authenticity and individuality. For MVP Baseball 2003 we employed the services of Inside Edge, which is the same company that provides the detailed player profiles and scouting reports to the Major League teams. Each individual player has 20 individual attribute categories covering batting, baserunning and fielding, and pitchers have an additional 10-24 pitcher-specific attribute categories (depending on how many types of pitches they throw)! Of course, each of the hitting attributes is broken down between left and right-handed pitching. In addition, each player has his hot and cold zones for batting, and again, these change based on pitcher-handedness."

This review from gamers is the worst single piece of writing Ive ever read regarding a game. It tells us nothing, but tries to defame one player, and because of his weight no less. Totally disgusting if you ask me.

BTW - PaulyWerner, what part of NYC do you live in?? Cause, Queens doesnt smell no where near as bad as SI or the Bronx(which I happen to reside in).
