Well I have WSB now and have been playing it and the biggest challange after playing HH last 2 years is the cursor system. WSB has a traditional cursor rather than say asb with the tilt and it takes some time to get use to. Overall WSB is much more polished than HH but the gameplay is still better in HH. Note that they are two different games so its not really fair to compare the gameplay of HH to the gameplay of WSB.
      Summary :
      HH : Great Gameplay
WSB : Very Good Gameplay + Great Presentation + Great Graphics

If I had to pick one??? Can't say right now. I have to get use to the cursor before making that final decision.
      Hey there Ralphie boy!

What is the big issue with in-game saves? Sure it would be nice once in awhile, but if you don't have time to finish one game, how would you every finish a whole season.

That is just my point, with out in-game saves I will never finish a season because if I know that won't have enough time to complete a full game, I just want play. Obviously you have never sat down to play a game and half way through an epic pitching battle, you would have to stop because your wife is having a fit because your 16 month old daughter is running a fever of 104.9. That happened to my two nights ago. If was playing HH I would have had to scrap the game to rush her to the emergency room. Instead I playing WSB and saved the game before we left for the hospital. You may not believe it but some of us have other things to do than play games all day. I actually amire you guys who can play and post here all day. They told me that having a family would change your life.
By the way I still not sure which game like the best.I like HH batter/pitcher interface more. It just seems more intense. Does anyone use the guess pitch option on HH? Nothing is more satisfying than guessing a pitch and crushing it. Especially when you can tell that the pitchers is struggling and is relying on one pitch.
In closing In-Game saves aren't a game killer for me, NCAA Football doesn't have it and IMO it was the best sports game this year. But In-Game saves allows me to fit quick gaming sessions into my hectic life.

I had a friend come down today with his HH XBOX. We put it in and I really noticed how slow everything seemed in the game. Don't get me wrong, I've played HH PC for years and absolutely loved it with all the mod makers doing their magical stuff, but after playing and getting used to the WSB cursor system, IMO, High Heat is a step down. I hope 3DO does better next year, really. It has been the king for so long. The behind the pitcher view in WSB is the greatest basebal video gaming experience I've had. The gameplay is right there with High Heat.

For me , after playing MVP the cursor seems very outdated ..... Hopefully more games will implement the MVP batter/pitcher way.
