    lack of injuries

This could just be a string of early season luck....but...almost through May with my Cubs franchise and I've had no injuries of any type. It's not unusual for a team to go through a period without having a DL injury; but I've seen people mentioning day to day injuries that come up. It seems like I should be having atleast a few of these. I am having players get tired but no injuries at all. Anyone have any feedback?

    Don't complain.

The Cubs need all the help they can get against my Astros!

what can I say I'm a cubs fan...when things don't go wrong, something is wrong.....here I am in my franchise.....in first place...injury free for the 1st months of the season.....I'm just waiting for the roof to cave in and get barraged by injuries...I just thought it was strange I wasn't even having minor day to day things come up.....I think my medical points are about 30...which is 12 or 13 rank in the league.....I guess I'll just keep waiting for the shoe to drop.......
Back to real life.......I'm not worried about the Astros pitching...it's the Cubs offense that worries me....I think it could be a very tightly packed race in the NL Central this year.

one week into the season, my reliever has a sore arm. Also, looking at the injury wire, I would say there is certainly not a lack of injuries.

I am seeing injuries from other teams on the wire....my question was about the lack of injuries on my team....I guess I was concerned that maybe I had done something to disable injuries for my team(and NO I am not set to GM all teams). It just seemed strange that 2 months into the season and not even a nick on any of my guys...I guess just dumb luck.... but I was just trying to get some feedback to see if this was typical.....
Man....you must be on the Acclaim payroll...any problem or question brought up and you take it as a personal insult and say it's not possible....you should use your inside knowledge of the way the game works to help them overcome the problems they have.....instead of shouting them down by insisting that it's not possible.

Take Sammy Sosa and run him straight into the ivy-- full speed. See if it does the trick.

Perhaps you didn't set the injuries to on. I know that's an option at the very beginning.

Maybe I'll try that....but I think I'd rather have Tom Goodwin take one for the team rather than Sosa.....I am a little concerned that I might have had injuries off....which would suck and ruin my franchise....I dont want to play that way....To me it looked like you either chose to control one team where injuries and trades were on or to control all teams where injuries and trades were off.....did I miss something? Is there anyway to go back and check those franchise settings? I'd hate to have to scrap the franchise after putting almost 2 full months of games in...but if I'm not going to have any injuries, I'll have to....I don't want to win that way.

I don't know of any way to check your settings, personnally, but you might want to save your game, then simulate ahead a bunch and see if anyone gets hurt. If someone goes down then turn your system off and reload where you'd left off and you can sleep easier.

Actually, you check your transactions page and see if there are injuries elsewhere. I would imagine setting injuries to off would prevent injuries everywhere.
