Our own sdrotar just announced his rosters are now available for download and use with the Xbox Action Replay:
Could this be an Xbox sharkport?
All those that want rosters, enjoy!
All those that want to nitpick: DON'T.
These were created by starting a season (as FatPitcher describes above) so that lineups and rotations could be adjusted. So when using them in Exhibition mode, the players won't have stats for batting %, ERA, etc.5WG | Facebook | Twitter | fiftytwoplays

I knew a lot of you guys were after them - and here at OS, we aim to please!
It's updated as of today - April 1st.
Remember, no roster file will meet everyone's expectations - so if you didn't like it - remember, it was FREE!

pretty dumb question: how do you cut a player? I know how to demote someone to the minors, trade, etc. but for the life of me can't figure out how to release somebody into the free agent pool...Comment

Go to Setup, then Edit Rosters. You can cut him there.

I just uploaded my rosters to www.codejunkies.com as well
I created Texiera, Reyes, and Millar
All line-ups/rotations correct (Boston has 1 error, Garciaparra should be hitting 3rd, Ramirez 4th)
Line-ups/rotations done using www.rototimes.com
Looking for some feedback, hope you guys like them.Comment

I just uploaded my rosters to www.codejunkies.com as well
I created Texiera, Reyes, and Millar
All line-ups/rotations correct (Boston has 1 error, Garciaparra should be hitting 3rd, Ramirez 4th)
Line-ups/rotations done using www.rototimes.com
