    It's definitely not as bad as it was last year. The problem is, if the game wasn't calling balls that nicked the corners and stuff, I bet people would be complaining about that too. I'm not sure how it can be fixed - maybe adding a variable strike zone to simulate different umps calling the games? I do have to say that it's much better than it was last year, but it does still "seem" a bit too big. Fortunately for me, I just swing at every pitch and don't worry about trying to draw walks anyway.

        I'd have to agree after turning on the pitch preview option and just paying attention to what is called balls and strikes. I didn't play last years version, but if the zone was even bigger and strikes called as liberally as last year, I can't imagine how you guys stood it.
