    Batting View?

After switching to the behing the catcher view, I'm hitting the ball much better now. The side view messes me up with inside pitches.

Which view are you guys using?

str8 behind the catcher ,,, I think its center ....

I see no benefit of using the angle view to bat

I am, its supposed to simulate the match ups between leftys vs leftys, rightys vs rightys. So if your lefthanded and have a righty at the mound, you can see the ball the whole way there. It takes some geting use too but I forced myself to play with it because I like the idea. Im getting hits and HR's now. One good moment is when I pulled a HR with Griffey off a left handers inside fastball; talk about a split second swing.

yup. The first time I pitched with a lefty, it had an entirely different feel to it. I use aerial fielding, default batting, and I switch between default ptiching and BTP cam from time to time.

Never thought of it that way. I see your point, I'll go back to default and try it again.

                        Re: Batting View?

I was in the same boat. When I started playing, I couldn't get the hang of the "1-Angle" view, so I switched to the "2-Behind" view, and had a little more success. Now that I've got a better feel for the timing and movement of the various pitches, I swithced back, and agree that this is one of the best batting cameras I've ever seen, mainly for the reasons listed above. In past games, the "righty v lefty" matchup seemed more a case of mathmatics than anything, but now it actually has a tangible advantage to the player.

My camera is now set (for good I think), to "3-pitcher/2"

What about fielding? I have been using the zoom, anyone using something different?
