i bought HH for xbox, first time ever playing it and to me it's the best BB game i've played by far, i plan on purchasing WS as well even though i've been stung by WS the last three years, i'll give it one more chance.

I bought both and returned WSB. It was like playing last year's game with some AI tweaks. I actually like the gameplay in HH better and actually like the graphics better as well. The whole pitcher batter camera view (low) seems more 3d to me. The stadiums feel like they have more depth and feel massive in scale (as they should). In WSB and All Star, for that matter, the stadiums seem like a picture behind the pitcher (flat). Also, WSB all the players are identical other than their batting stances. Gameplay isn't close to HH in any of the other games.

how can you possibly like hh graphics better? how have both games and like both of them, but wsb graphics blow hh away!

I don't know that I like HH graphics better than WSB, but HH does create the illusion of depth and being in a stadium better(XBOX), WSB is much crisper, brighter and cleaner, but I see the same thing as the other poster, the stadiums are like pictures, not something you are playing a game in.

Plus for all of WSB's looks they have some awkward animations and the player size thing bothers me a little more than I thought it would. However I like it a lot, love the fact that they improved some of the AI, issues, better CPU baserunning and the CPU throwing more balls. It's just tough deciding which games to play first.

I think the HH is a great baseball game this year. It took me about 10 games and starting a franchise to make this assumption though. At first I hated it. I didnt have the heart to return it though because HH is been my only form of baseball playing for the last 3 years via the PC. ASB and WSB didnt do it for me last year. Now that I have spent some time with the game this year I can see it is a very strong effort from 3DO. I have come to expect that 3DO will probably shaft us on roster updates as they did for the PC version last year. The company is a joke but this years HH is good enough to definately warrant a purchase.
