please don't buy it then. It is harder to hit in ASB than the other games. Damn, atleast give the game a chance.

This has to be one of the dumbest thread questions ever... How the hell are u supposed to pitch if you don't even know where you're pitching if there wasn't a cursor?

Re: Can the pitch location marker be turned off?

Why is everyone giving this guy such a hard time? It's a legitimate question.

Anyway, the answer is YES, you can turn off the pitch marker. It's under player options, just turn off pitcher aid. And you CAN pitch without it. You still point the stick in the direction of where you want the pitch to go. And the controller vibrates when you reach the outside of the strike zone. It's just not quite as exact as putting the dot where you want the pitch to go.

And for the guy that thinks its too easy to hit with the pitch marker......it's not. The marker comes up too late to be real useful, and it MOVES with the pitch. It doesn't just show where the pitch will cross the plate. You may see the pitch marker appear at your chest area than drop to the knees on a wicked curve. You gotta follow it. it's very challenging.

BucFan, can you turn the pitch location marker OFF when you are batting as well? Or only when you are pitching?

When the pitch marker is off, it's off for both hitting and pitching.

i agree. following the ball outta the pitchers hand work MUCH better. just do your best to i.g.n-ore it...
I am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" I love flying into a corner WAY too hot, scared spitless and sure I'll never hold it at this speed- and hearing the bike whisper "Sissy!"...

I don't get it. Half of you are saying that it can't be turned off, and that I should try my best to ignore it. And the other half are saying that it CAN be turned off completely.
This isn't a trick question or anything....I just want to know if you can completely turn off the Pitch Aid while you are batting, so that there are no Dot's or White Circles that pop up in the strike zone telling you where the pitch is heading.
