Has anyone hit a homer with a non-power hitter? I've played 10 games so far and gone 4-6. However, I've hit ONE HR with the Braves and Sheffield hit that one. I've given up 3 homers in 10 games. 2 to Bonds and 1 to Vlad. I'm playing on Pro and if the only guys who can hit one out are the big boopers then that is a serious drawback to the game.

Also, I started a season and Javier Vasquez started both of the 1st two games of the season for Expos against the Braves. That's not good.

I hit one with Dave Roberts to leave off a game against Miguel Batista but then again I had fast reflexes and saw the big red dot on my screen and my light bulb in my head went off and I hit up as soon as I could and it barely got over the fence in L.A

I know alot of people think the HR ratio is off (and that might be), but the hitting is alot more complex then I originally thought.

Also, there was a statement somewhere about how you can't re-load you direction. I disagree and do it all the time. I just was at bat w/ Sweeny. I guessed middle high and held the stick up to that square (it's a hot zone for Mike). When the ball came in the icon was red. The ball was smoked, but unfortunately caught. I hit it to the 420' mark in Comerica Park.

Played one game on pro- beat the Angels 4-1 using SF.
Played one game on as (franchise)- beat Yanks 5-1 using Tor.
Awesome game...just hope it stays challenging.

i love getting the CPU down 0-2 and then blowing some high heat by them just barely out of the strike zone so they can't catch up...never been able to do that before

I hit a homerun with a non power hitter...it was Eli Marrero that started off my 2 run 9th inning comeback to tie it he hit a homerun
