No really. As difficult as it is to hit sometimes, I hate going to the plate being down 0-2 or 3-2 count. I want all the swings I can get."Never trust a big butt and a smile."-Ricky Bell

I would, but it doesn't count the generated pitches against the ptichers pitch count. The realism of the pitcher fatigue is seriously hampered by thisIt's pretty much my favorite animal. It's like a lion and a tiger mixed... bred for its skills in magic.Comment

I use it, I love it. A quicker game is more important in the long term and a few more strikeouts.Comment

Re: anyone play with generated pitch count??
I use the GPC all the time, however, there is one drawback I've seen.
Suppose your #8 hitter (in the NL) gets on base with less than 2 out and you elect to bunt him over with your pitcher. It really sucks when the GPC puts you down two strikes. I know that you can turn it off mid-game, but it is too late at this point.
Other than this dilemma, I enjoy it as it speeds up the games tremendously and allows one to play more rather than having to sim.Congratulations BUTLER BULL DOGS!
