    anyone play with generated pitch count??

    How do you like it?? I messed around last night and played a game with it and the games go by really quick.

    No really. As difficult as it is to hit sometimes, I hate going to the plate being down 0-2 or 3-2 count. I want all the swings I can get.

            I play with it the game are much quicker ....thats the only reason Ive played 41 games so far

                I would, but it doesn't count the generated pitches against the ptichers pitch count. The realism of the pitcher fatigue is seriously hampered by this
                It's pretty much my favorite animal. It's like a lion and a tiger mixed... bred for its skills in magic.

                    I use it, I love it. A quicker game is more important in the long term and a few more strikeouts.

                        I use the GPC all the time, however, there is one drawback I've seen.
                        Suppose your #8 hitter (in the NL) gets on base with less than 2 out and you elect to bunt him over with your pitcher. It really sucks when the GPC puts you down two strikes. I know that you can turn it off mid-game, but it is too late at this point.
                        Other than this dilemma, I enjoy it as it speeds up the games tremendously and allows one to play more rather than having to sim.
