I made the mistake of giving Soriano a low offer when I was trying to sign him to an extension in the middle of the year. Now he won't talk to me. Will I get another shot at him in the offseason, or will he still refuse to negotiate with me?

You obtain the loyalty rating of each player by selecting the player in a stat screen and pressing the button that gets you to the 'player's card.' If Soriano's loyalty decreased significantly, it will be harder for you to re-sign him at year-end though free agency.Comment

yea hes not gonna resign with u now, youll have to bid on him and pay more than he was originally asking for in free agency. i made the same mistake with chad bradford.Comment
