I wouldn't care. I just don't care about steroids. I never really did. It's their body and they'll suffer later in life.

Nobody knows what anyone does behind closed doors but I'm thinking the same thing you are. Don't think he hit the juice.

this is why it was such a mistake for MLB to handle this public witch hunt the way they have

pro baseball players have always done things to get an edge, including drugs, whether it be steroids or not. That is the nature of the sport. I guarantee you that Aaron used SOMETHING to help him make it through the season and keep him playing, although I doubt it was steroids. It wouldnt make him a POS, even if it was steroids.

There is such a stigma on the word steroids, folks think it's cheating more than it really is. What is so bad about anabolic steroids is what it does to your health if you abuse it (which is why it is illegal)...It's obviously and advantage, but it's not the only kind of drug that gives athletes an advantage.

It is just a GAME....

All professional players do SOMETHING to try and get an edge. Especially BASEBALL. the game of gamesmanship/cheating.

Let them damage thier bodies.... just enjoy the game.

That's what I'm saying.

I love baseball. I love the game. I play it. I understand it. I appreciate the art of a pitcher/batter battle. When people tell me it's boring and too long, I tell them you don't understand the pressure of a 2-1 pitch. There is drama in every pitch thrown. Everything has a potential moment bottled inside. No other game can capture that, where every facet of it is important to the overall game. So important that you can breakdown every single aspect of the sport. That's why baseball is greatest game to argue over.

No one player can ruin what that means to me. No one player makes it more special to me. I don't watch because the Yankees are playing. I don't watch because someone is about to hit their 500th career homerun. I don't even watch because someone is coming into the last game of the season with a .399 average.

I watch because I love the game.

Kinda hard for me to enjoy anything when what I was brought up on and have enjoyed over the years is turning into the biggest fraud job and slimy, deceitful period to take place possibly ever in sports.

It makes me sick more than anything.

Those things are disgusting too, no doubt about that.

A lot of that crap happened before I was even born or was into baseball...I can't speak on it. I don't agree with it and find it just as disturbing.

All I'm speaking about is what I've grown up on and seen...all forms of cheating is ridiculous IMO.

Steroids and PEDs are at the top of the list.

I just dont have steroids and all the other drugs are any bigger deal then anything else anyone was doing.. its the same thing.

just when you get already great players on things that allow them to play at a high level for longer, youll be getting some pretty dramatic looking numbers.

Just like if you give a pitcher with already good control and hes rubbing up the ball trying to get the advantage of evn better control... hes still cheating...same thing

so thats why i just compare players to other players in thier era, its the onyl way to do it.. takes out all the speculation of who was on roids/who was cheating, or what and who wasnt... it makes it irrelevant.

but thats just me
