the good news about those guys, they're all in last year of their deals....so if you trade them, it could only be for half a season, then we could sign them again in the offseason. We could tell Raffy to go chase a world series, and we will re-sign him in the offseason.

this doesn't go along with the rangers talk. but i feel your pain man. i just lost a game on a blown save by eddie guardado. i'm the Brewers and was playing the Reds. i was down 7-5 then i went up 10-7 in the 9th inning. i bring in Eddie Guardado and he allows 4 runs. there was a runner on 2nd and 1 out and griffey walks up. i throw a fastball... strike then i throw a changeup... strike then i throw a curve ball... ball then i throw another fastball... GW RBI single to center. gameover.

why throw the fastball on a 1-2 count??

Throw another curve ball low and away, or a fastball at least a little out of the strike zone....when you got a hitter down 0-2 or 1-2, you don't need to throw the straight fastball to a HR hitter like Griffey....just not smart baseball, you deserve to lose that game.
