    Help!! Tired players

Is there any way, other than manually checking a scouting report for each player to tell if they are tired before gametime? Also, more importantly is there any way to tell during a game which bullpen pitchers are too tired to play that day.

for your bullpen, press pause and then go to your bull pen, by each player they will have a stamina rating of A,B,C,D etc. If they are A or B I will pitch them if needed, C or lower I won't pitch them. They take much longer to warm up too if they are tired.

also, if you want to find out who's tired before the game is loaded, there's a screen in the gm's office (i believe it's in roster management) where you can look at each player's health (tired, exhausted, etc...) you have to scroll over to the right to see it though.

has anyone ever had a position player get tired? I keep waiting for a reason to rest some starters. i usually do it on my own, start the backup catcher on a day game after a night game etc...

I'm kind of frustrated with this feature. I had all my guys in the bullpen healthy, and then I pitched a complete game the next game, so none of them were used. Then I check before the next game, and like 5 pitchers from the bullpen were tired! I am thinking maybe a pitcher can get tired if you don't get him enough work, because there is not other explanation.

Yea, managers will use their closer in a game in which there is no need to just to get him some work if he hasn't pitched in awhile. I've seen a closer go a couple games without being used, so they will put him in to work the ninth even if the team is losing. You have to use your relievers to keep them fresh and sharp.
If you stopped doing cardio work for a week, you would get lose your stamina and begin to get tired much earlier...believe it or not, the human body was made to work.
