Nikeford, what do ya do when you got 1st base open and 2 outs with... say Bonds comin' up? Do you let your cpu controlled pitcher pitch or do you switch to human and intentional walk him? Just Curious!!!

I have no problem taking charge and doing what I want at any time in the game. For example, I let the cpu control Juan Gonzo at the plate, but once he got on base, I took control of him, because I wanted to be in control of the leadoff he took, and his base running. Then Colby Lewis loaded the bases with 2 outs, I took charge of him and of course, gave up an RBI single before getting the 3rd out.
But yea, I will take control of anyone at anytime, but I don't mind the cpu to get in a jam with my player.

The biggest problem with this is: WHen not controlling pitching you have no control over def. positioning and when not controling other players you cannot even give a steal sign. A couple things they need to add. It would be like a player manager deal..

Go into game options and turn def positioning to auto!

Once they get on base, I just put them back in my control, real simple to do.

i only pitch with my starting pitchers. I let the computer control the bullpen and all the hitters. Its pretty fun. I also cut vibration and pitch aid off, and do not look at the batters hot/cold zones. Its fun.

                        Any other suggestions?
