Tracy has done a pretty good job the last two years, how did he get so stupid this year?

Good list of choices, although I don't think much of Vukovich from his Cub days but he would probably be a better choice than Bowa.

Does Bench even want to manage, I can't see him doing that, he has too much of an old school attitude, would just piss everybody off.

I might only get a few Bucs fans agreeing with me on this one, but I think Bob Walk would do a decent job.

I don't know how well Tony Gwynn would be as a hitting coach. Just because you were great at something doesn't mean you can teach it to others. I wouldn't mind seeing him give it a shot, of course.

call me crazy, but I think maybe JIm Riggleman could do a good job with a competent front office. Maybe I'm wrong though...I've never really followed him, he just always seemed like a guy who never got a fair crack at it.

Alan Trammell. He's doing a great job with the Tigers minor league team...oh wait, he's actually managing the Tigers, not much of a difference though Here's hoping he gets a couple years to let all these young guys mature. I think he can be a good coach, but the best manager in baseball couldn't do that much with the Tigers right now.

I wonder how long till Cal Ripken Jr. is a manager...seems like just a matter of time
