I guess I should plead guilty with not seeing him alot. What was his era going into the game? From what I can see though this guy has NO fire whatsoever.

I'm not saying he's an All-Star pitcher but he's a solid starter. It was 4.07 going into the game which is not too bad in today's game.

montreal wanted hillenbrand &amp; fossum for colon.

i saw him pitch in AAA last year...sneaky fastball.

he actually pitched real well last night...JETER gets a lucky double...GIAMBI then goes the OTHER way for 2rbi single.
mondesi did hit him hard (bases clearing triple)....only 1 hit after that (unfortunately 5-0 by that point)

Casey Fossum will be a mediocre pitcher for his career. 5 runs is 5 runs, i don't care how hard you got hit. Grady Little seems to always say his pitcher got 'snakebit' giving up 5-6-7-8 runs in a start. Keep on coddling them Grady.... and keep on finishing behind the Yankees
