And I would also like to send a big **** you to Rob Drake for your bull**** inconsistent strike zone. You knew that both the pitches to Shumaker and Pujols were strike 3 but instead you decide to be a ****er and call them balls leading to this big inning. So **** you you pathetic umpire. I hope you get fired for your pathetic showing tonight.

And same goes for you Billingsley, need to learn how to have a backbone. Not fold like a cheap lawn chair. This is why LA needs to make a move, I don't want Billingsley to be considered our "Ace" in a postseason series.

At least Billingsley doesn't choke big games like the "ace" here in San Diego. He's a solid starting pitcher.

Mark Loretta sighting on the mound.

Anyways, fortunately the Nationals won so the Padres were able to keep pace and not fall behind thanks to their carelessness in winning today's ballgame.

Well Billingsley choked in his 2 starts against the Phillies in the NLCS last year.

What a freakin' game that must of been, last time I checked up on it I figured the Sox had that game locked in.

            Looking forward to the highlights.
I gave up on the game in the first. lol.

He'll get it together, but I do agree that the Dodgers need to go out there and get a real ace that can be counted on. Part of me hopes they overpay for that ace, but another part wants me to see them make a smart decision and not mortgage too much of their future.

There would be a bunch of banter between Peavy and the Padres in the San Diego media before Peavy enforced his NTC and promptly got "injured" and land on the disabled list. Just like the past I don't know how many trade proposals.

You know, you could do a lot worst, such as "ace" Kevin Correia (shoot me)... it's pathetic that a couple of fans believe that Correia and to a lesser extent Chad Gaudin have any trade value.

Scott Downs needs to be put down Old Yeller style. The man is pitching like 10 pounds of burning poo.

                      Rangers are on a roll!

                      Sweep of Boston
                      2 of 3 from KC
2 of 3 (for now, sweep coming tonight) from Detroit

What's happening to the Brewers? I guess that makeshift rotation behind Gallardo is starting to show...

Not that I want him put down like Old Yeller, but Brad Lidge has Downs beat in the "pitching like 10 lbs of burning poo" category.

He seemingly can't get through an inning w/o giving up a couple hits and at least one run (gives up a 2r HR to M.Reynolds in the 9th last night).

Holy crap, Johjima take off the ankle cuffs! On second and thrown out at home on a single to left by at least 12 feet.

The Jays' lack of offense when Roy pitches really pisses me off.

Oh well at least they weren't no-hit.

The M's didn't put a lot of runs on the board, but Roy got smacked around pretty hard by the Mariner's JV squad. Definitely not his best day.

True, I heard the temperature was expected to be 101 degrees there today.
