Sorry if I offended you, but what I said was all true.

Not trying to be mean, just being honest.

Patterson really hasn't brought anything to the table since being called up to the Cubs roster.

Sure, he was a highly-touted prospect and all, but he's not starting CF for the All-Star Game material.

This season has been his only bright spot since being a Cub.

...and don't forget, the Braves are a first-place club as well.

What a ridiculous statement

The only explanation for such nonsense is that you haven't even seen him play. If you saw that triple he ripped into the right-field corner tonight, realize that he has been hitting like that *all year*.

I am not saying he is Andruw Jones (yet) but he has been hitting the friggin' cover off the ball. He has been the Cubs best hitter by far, the ball jumps off his bat just like Soriano.
