The problem for me is I have guys like Hudson and Wakefield who throw the same way every time. For Hudson it's throw down, and for Wakefield it's throw the knuckleball in the zone. By the 2nd or 3rd time through the lineup the other team has figured them out and starts crushing them.

seems the problem is the cpu. swings at ANYTHING no matter where you pitch it in the zone.

To cut down on K's, I adjusted the SO rating for each pitcher on my team. I trimmed each rating by 25 percent.
            Here's my formula:

            SO - [SO(.25)] = New SO rating

To test it out, I played one game with the original SO rating and played one game with the new SO rating. Mike Mussina with the orginal ratings struck out 11 batters in 7 innings while Mike Mussina with the new ratings struck out 8 batters in 9 innings.

I am also using XCells sliders which are great.
