Re: 9-21/9-27 MLB Discussion
I think you misread. He said he's the 5th most valuable 2nd basemen in the AL, which is garbage. He just says it because for whatever reason, he hates me. He also clearly knows little about baseball. If he gets to 60 doubles he'd be the first person in 63 years to do it, but according to him Roberts is garbage and isn't worthy of being in the majors.
Pedroia - 5
Kinsler - 3.9
Cano - 3.8
Hill - 3.5
Roberts - 3.4

Pedroia is considered miles better than Roberts, yet they're having nearly identical seasons, except Roberts has more doubles, stolen bases, and RBI.Comment

So is Denard Span, but it doesn't make him an MVP candidate.
and is on pace to do something nobody's done in 60+ years
while Kinsler's hitting in the .250's.

Re: 9-21/9-27 MLB Discussion
In a season that's been so full of disappointment it's great to see a guy like Aaron Hill thrive. The guy hit his 33rd HR and collected his 100th RBI being the first ever 2B in Blue Jays history to do so.
He's one of my favorite guys on the team and I hope he's here in Toronto for the long haul.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

I was like this once wasn't I. Man. 5th best behind who Sandman mentioned isn't bad company at all.
Besides...they all bow down to Utley, and I've got the win shares, OPS, and fielding to prove it.Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment

Nope, not bad company at all. And as I mentioned, a bunch of those guys are pretty interchangeable where they would rank as well.

8.0 (plus a few more games to go)
That's nothing short of ridiculous, almost as ridiculous as the lack of recognition he receives.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment
