Re: drafting coaches
When I draft coaches, I tend to only go off the grade of what I'm drafting FOR...
Say I want a pitching coach, and he's sporting an A or a B+ in pitching, but he's an F in hitting... I'll disregard his grade in hitting, and just select him based off his pitching grade... vice versa for hitting.
HOWEVER, when I want Managers, and scouts, I try to get guys with respectable grades in both.. It kinda defeats the purpose if your scout can only find good hitters and can't find a decent pitcher to save his life, and vice versa. -

Re: drafting coaches
Oh, I totally agree, but what I was curious about was whether you value a good scout over a good minor league director, or always gun for a manager before looking into hitting coaches, etc.Comment
